Each chakra is symbolized by a flower mandala. These flowers look beautiful in paintings/drawings of the chakra system, like they are blooming out from us….but they are blooming UP not out.
In order for us to feel safe to open our petals, we need to look at the shadow aspects of each chakra and be willing to embrace this part. We invite the shadow to join the journey.
1)We will practice specific kriyas and mantra for each chakra. The ceremony begins at the ROOT and adventures UP towards the CROWN.
2)A bija breath experience for each center
3)A SAVASANA supported with 432hz full chakra balancing music.
