Join Kelly for a heart pumping, booty shaking cardio belly dance party! This inclusive class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Belly dance is gentle on the joints while also providing a whole body workout. Hip scarves will be provided for use during class.
Kelly is a Registered Nurse and Health Coach with over 15 years of Corporate Wellness and Fitness experience. Kelly is trained in Egyptian Cabaret belly dance and certified in Raq the Barre, a belly dance + barre fitness program. Kelly teaches fun, effective classes and will leave you laughing as you shimmy out the door!
