Join Megan Rimer for Yoga Shred® Inspired Workshop
In this class you will experience a full body workout while sprinkling in some cardio. We will use Vinyasa yoga as a starting point and then learn to move more efficiently to gain strength, flexibility, power and stamina.
Incorporating these moves will amplify calorie burn, muscle strength and tone, while keeping that detoxifying and lengthening benefits of yoga. This class is instructed at a faster pace, but please keep in mind that this is your practice so feel free to go at your own speed
We will spending some time (15 min) at the beginning of class to ground, center and warm up the spine. As we move on, here is what to expect:
20-25 min Floor Shred Asanas
30-40 min Standing Shred Flow
20-25 min Supine Core Work
After we flow and work up a sweat, I will walk you through a guided release meditation before coming into savasana.
