
Arm balances and inversions are a fun way to increase focus and proprioceptive awareness on the mat. Join us for a playful two hour workshop full of tips and tricks to begin or improve these aspects of your practice. We will flow, learn prep postures, and practice safe entry and exit for more advanced Asana variations. All levels are welcome, but some Asana experience is recommended.
